Balochistan plans business facilitation centre
QUETTA: The Balochistan government has taken another significant step under its Digitisation Programme with the establishment of a Business Facilitation Centre (BFC).

The soft launch ceremony of the BFC will be held on Jan 21 at the Sikandar Jamali Auditorium, Civil Secretariat, Quetta. The centre will provide a one-window facility for first-time businesspersons, investors and industrialists, enabling them to start and expand their businesses with ease. The centre will offer all necessary permits, registrations, licences and related documentation from relevant government departments under one roof.

Officials said the initiative aimed to eliminate bureaucratic hurdles and significantly reduce delays and complexities faced by investors. The entire system has been made fully digital, allowing real-time tracking of applications and files. This mechanism is expected to ensure greater transparency, efficiency and accountability, thereby enhancing investor confidence in government processes.
